Information submitted through forms
Website enquiry forms are configured to open WhatsApp with the information entered by the user. The website itself does not save form submissions in a database. Information sent through WhatsApp is governed by the user’s and recipient’s WhatsApp settings and applicable policies.
Server and technical data
The web hosting provider may process standard technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, access logs and security events. The Foundation should configure hosting and analytics in accordance with applicable law and organizational policy.
Documents and visual materials
Official registration documents and organization-related visual materials are displayed for transparency and communication. Member photographs are not displayed. Republishing, altering or misusing official materials is not permitted.
